Regardless of the quality of stainless steel on your boat, it is virtually impossible to permanently avoid stains on the stainless. Regular polishing of the stainless is the best protection to keep rust at bay. If your stainless is not maintained, salt will build up in all stainless joints and under stanchions, causing rust spots to develop and eventually leaching out onto the gelcoat causing serious staining. This service can be added to the regular wash down service to maintain your boats stainless steel to as new appearance and condition.
Over the years it has not only been stainless steel on boats that we have serviced. Once our clients see the amazing shine and added protection that polishing provides we often end up polishing all kinds of stainless steel bits and pieces around their homes such as the stainless bars on a pool fence as pictured below.
